Exchanges - We will gladly exchange any unopened merchandise in salable condition (packaging must be in brand new condition) within 30 days. Exceptions include food items, hair accessories, nail polish, face masks and personalized merchandise. We do not offer gift wrapping on exchanged merchandise. Please make an appointment to visit us for exchanges.
Personalization - Personalized items take approximately 7 business days plus another 2-5 business days to ship. Please contact us and/or include in the special instruction box if you need your present to arrive by a specific date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Gift Certificates - Gift certificates will always be honored and should be treated like cash. They can be purchased online.
Shipping - All shipments from Parkway Presents will be sent via UPS or USPS. Delivery times and prices are based on shipping from Northbrook, IL. You will receive an email from UPS or USPS with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Local Delivery - We are happy to deliver any order of $20+. We provide local delivery to the following zip codes - 60015, 60022, 60025, 60026, 60035, 60040, 60043, 60056, 60062, 60069, 60091, 60093.
Gift Wrap - We offer complimentary gift wrap on purchases upon request. A gift enclosure or to/from sticker is included as well upon request.
Party Favors - We offer party favors to match a theme or price point. Complimentary wrap in cellophane is available. Please contact us as far in advance as possible so we can make sure we have the correct number of items available.
Wish Lists - Wish lists can be created online.
