Exchanges - We will gladly exchange any merchandise in salable condition with the exception of food items, hair accessories, face masks and personalized merchandise. Due to Covid, we are now doing porch exchanges.
Personalization - Personalized items take approximately 7-10 business days plus another 2-5 business days to ship. Please contact us and/or include in the special instruction box if you need your present to arrive by a specific date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Gift Certificates - Gift certificates will always be honored and should be treated like cash. Please contact us to purchase gift certificates. They can be redeemed in store or online. Please contact us for a code to redeem online.
Shipping - All shipments from Parkway Presents will be sent via UPS or USPS. Delivery times and prices are based on shipping from Northbrook, IL. You will receive an email from UPS or USPS with tracking information once your present has shipped.
Local Delivery - We are happy to deliver your presents within 6 miles of the boutique at no charge. Please contact us for delivery options beyond 6 miles.
Gift Wrap - We offer complimentary gift wrap. A gift enclosure or to/from sticker is included as well.
Party Favors - We offer party favors to match a theme or price point. Complimentary wrap in cellophane is available. Please contact us as far in advance as possible so we can make sure we have the correct number of items available.
Wish Lists - Wish lists can be created online.
