5) If I need to exchange  a gift, how does that work? 

Please contact us to make an appointment. Our exchange policy is listed under “policies” at the bottom of the main page of our website.

6) Can I make changes to an order I already placed? 

Please contact us and we will make the changes for you. All face masks and accessories are final sale in addition to select sale items.
